Crock Pot Jambalaya

Directions:

    Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces.

    Put all ingredients (EXCEPT shrimp and rice) in crock pot.
  3. 3
    Cover; cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. 4
    Add shrimp the last 20 minutes of cooking.
  5. 5
    Stir in rice before serving.

  1. I used 1 breast but I have big breasts...lol... I am thinking about 1 medium breast is about 12 oz...16 oz is 1 pound so....
